We arrived late and we unable to go to the restaurant in the hotel… we walked to the Main Street and all of the restaurants were closed That is our only complaint… every thing was great at this hotel… loved the natural hot springs tub on our balcony

Luxurious hotel with lovely rooms, great cuisine.

Very nice room with open air bath at the end with lots of amenities including a hand coffee grinder and coffee beans. Great meals, one Italian the other Japanese. Very friendly and helpful staff

快適な宿です。

鹿児島出張のついでに、一泊しました。清潔で、食事も美味しく、大浴場も充実していました。 到着したのが夜9時近くになってしまったのが残念でした。快適な施設で、大浴場、貸切風呂なども楽しめますので、早めに到着して長時間ゆっくりすることをお勧めします。風呂上がりのアイスが食べられたり、ジュースが飲めたり、コーヒーはフロントにあるマシンでいつでも自由に飲めました。食べませんでしたが、夜食にサービスのラーメンが食べられます。霧島観光の拠点としてまた滞在したいです。

記念撮影を色々と手伝ってくださったり、ホテルから見える桜島のビューポイントを教えてくださったり、とても良くしていただけました。お風呂上がりのアイスも嬉しかったし、バスタオルを1人2組ずつ準備していただいていたので朝風呂のときに助かりました。また行きたいです。

施設の設備、景色、清潔さ、料理。全てにおいて素晴らしく良かったです！ 強いて言えば、ディナーがコースだったのですが、まだ食べてるにも関わらず、お皿を片付けにこられたり、横に立ってたりと、急かされてる感じがしました。 もっとゆっくり食べたかったです。 その他は、全て◎で是非また利用したいです！

イタリア風の建物でとても綺麗でした。 温泉は、広く綺麗で、泉質も良く、湯があがり、アイスや飲み物もあって快適でした。 料理は、イタリアンで普通の宿とまた違って、見た目も美味しさも素晴らしかったです。 ただ、ホテルから出るのが不便なので、ホテルでゆったりする感じで過ごすのが良いかと思います。
