we stayed in a pet friendly room. It stank of urine and the couch was broken and the TV was tiny. Also, there was water ring around toilet - showing they hadn't cleaned the room in a long time. The second day after they cleaned it was gone. The towels were frayed. The toilet had major rust around the drain. If it weren't because we needed to be there, we would have left.
