Slamming drawers children crying screaming dogs whining and barking and their continental breakfast was one mini muffin and coffee no juice no eggs no toast no cereal just very poorly run and besides charging my credit card to $277 for two nights I also had to pay $100 deposit

There is a heavy door in the hallway that was slamming loudly against the wall our headboard was against, waking me up multiple times during the night. There was supposed to be breakfast included from 6-9am, but when I got to the lobby at 8:15, there was nothing except coffee and sugar, not even any creamers. Nobody at front desk. During the half hour I waited, over 6 people rang the desk bell and nobody responded. We will not return.

Realistic review of this Super 8

The internet site for the Super 8 is as not accurate. There was no breakfast to be had. The property was ran down and in disrepair. The fire alarm was intermittently going off. The fire doors were closed due to the malfunctioning fire alarm. Every time someone walked through the fire doors, they automatically slammed shut making a loud slamming sound. Fortunately the hotel was not crowed. For a Friday evening, there was only 7 cars in the parking lot. The furniture in our room was falling apart and tacky to touch. Our room was clean as it could be. The staff did make the bed linens clean. There was no staff to help with check out. There was a stench in the hallways. The Hotels.com web site was about thirty dollars cheaper than the Super 8 web site.

Questionable area and surroundings for sure. Walked in the front door and the side doors and it was like a contact high. It smelled like Marijuana. ALOT.

Every time

I stay here every time I am in Kingston. It is very budget friendly and is a good deal for the price. It is not a fancy place but comfortable. The bed was great, the heat was pumping and the water pressure was excellent. The staff was also incredibly helpful and attentive.

The front desk crew and especially Diane.,? She did a great job of fixing my reservation issue with Expedia and got me the room and was cheerful throughout even with a line of people with the same issues she remained helpful. I highly recommend her for compensation, and I will stay there again because of her.

Breakfast was packaged muffins and they were gone within the hour. There was also trash under the beds, including a large bolt my toddler found and then put in her mouth.
