5 Crazy Ladies

The house that we rented was fantastic. It was pretty much located in the center of the area we were visiting. We had easy access to everything we needed. The house was extremely clean, well kept and the view over the pond was delightful. We would gladly stay at the house again when we return to the area next year if it is available. We would though prefer a house that has one room with full bath/walk-in shower on the first floor as we have an individual who has issues with stairs. She was able to manage as there was a bathroom on the first floor and we gave her the master bedroom which had a walk-in shower. Over all the house and the grounds were fantastic. We really appreciated it.

Woodstock Weekend

My family and friends spent a couple of days at the property while in town to watch SunDub at The Colony Woodstock. We had a lovely time at the house and made second Thanksgiving Dinner. The kitchen was setup nicely so that several of us could work at the same time. The double stove set up was excellent. Accommodations were great and we enjoyed the outside firepit and the indoor wood stove. It must be lovely on a hot August night with the pond/pool. We were careful not to leave any food outside for the local bears.

Cozy stay

This was our second stay at this lovely house plus the adjoining apartment. Plenty of room for all with large kitchen/dining room, spacious living room and comfortable sleeping accommodations. Robyn easily reached if there are questions. We would definitely rent again!

Mountain idyll

We had a great week with a big family group. Lovely comfortable house with a super well-equipped kitchen. Close to Woodstock, Kingston and many other spots for looking and hiking. The pond/pool is unique and brilliant. Perfect oasis.

So peaceful and relaxing

An absolute oasis, we so enjoyed our stay! The pond/pool is BEAUTIFUL. The pictures truly don't do it justice. We spent the majority of our time sitting by it and saying hi to the frogs and birds. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room for the 8 of us. Everything was very clean. We would love to come back again.

Wonderful cozy stay

We loved our stay at Shanti Neer. We were a a group of 11 and rented the house + apt and had plenty of space. The property was so cozy and well appointed with plenty of games and personal touches. The area is so beautiful and we were minutes away from amazing restaurants and hikes. The check in process was easy and check out instructions were super simple. We would definitely go back!

Family Reunion

My family gathered at this beautiful home for a family reunion! The house was very comfortable and plenty of room for our group! Wonderful stay

We spent a wonderful 5 days over New Years. The house is beautifully decorated and sits nestled back on a quiet wooded road. The kitchen and dining area are comfortable and warm. There are two living rooms. The pond kept the kids entertained for hours (throwing snowballs into it—yay for simple pleasures!) I have been staying at VRBO’s for 20 years and have never experienced such a generous host—from the stocked kitchen to the abundant linens and shampoo/conditioner/soap to the firewood to her encouragement in the guest book to keep the house at as comfortable a temperature as we wanted. The host was also quite responsive when we contacted her because we couldn’t find something. During this grueling pandemic year with so much hardship, our stay was a light in our lives! Thank you!

Great stay

My family and I had a wonderful time over the Christmas holidays. We wanted a comfortable house with space to spread out when we needed to and also outdoor space to get fresh air and exercise. This house had it all, and the property manager, Robyn, was available and extremely helpful.

The house is in close proximity to Woodstock. House was very clean, beds very comfortable. Kitchen pots/pans, utensils were adequate as we cooked both dinners. Enjoyed our stay.

The perfectly private place

The perfectly private place with wonderful grounds, it’s own lovely pond and very close to everything Woodstock has to offer. The home is spacious and would be great for small and larger families. Very comfortable and relaxing space!
