Enjoy a private backyard oasis with deck and patio, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, in-suite laundry, and free parking for two cars. Minutes from shops, groceries, and restaurants, and a short 20-minute drive downtown to explore Fort Henry, the waterfront, patios, pubs and Kingston’s lively music scene.

A friendly janitor lives in the basement suite. He has his own separate entrance and no access to the main floor.

This was a decent rental for the money. The sofa is almost not usable - you can see the lumps and feel the springs under the slip cover. The listing wasn’t clear there would be people in the basement. You could hear them sometimes through the vents. But the unit was very clean and suited our purposes.
