Great Place to enjoy Maui

Our favorite place!

This was our third visit to Nani Kai Hale and Laury’s unit. The unit is perfect for our family of four. Steps away from the ocean and pool! Sugar beach is quiet and perfect.

Great beach view location.

We really enjoyed having our morning coffee watching the canoes row every morning out our front windows. The condo has everything you could possibly want for a VBRO stay, boogie boards, beach chairs, lots of beach towels too! Coffee filters and all the kitchen items you could possibly need.

Perfect Location & Beautiful Grounds

Everything was easy at this property. You could park right by your condo, walk out to beautiful, lush green grass & plants, and be on a SWIMMABLE beach within seconds. We basically had the place to ourselves. It was perfect! The pool, the patios, the chairs, umbrellas, grills, etc.

One of Our Favorite Places

This is our second stay at Nani Kai Hale. We love this unit so much! You cannot beat the access to the beach and pool. Sugar beach is super quiet and all of the Kihei fun is just a short drive away. We felt super safe with COVID cleanliness management on the property. The condo is very well appointed and very clean. Such a beautiful place. Love Maui! Mahalo!

The PERFECT place to stay in Maui! Love love love ❤️

This adorable beachfront condo exceeded our expectations! We were in awe of how perfect it was from the moment we stepped in the door. It felt like home with the beachfront Maui touch. We could literally walk a matter of steps to dip our toes in the ocean, or jump in the pool. Our living room has the most spectacular view of the ocean and we sat porch side to admire the dawn each morning while sipping our coffee. It's a matter of a few miles from anywhere (restaurants, groceries stores, shops) while feeling so secluded and serene. If we ever return to Maui, we won't think twice about where to stay.

Gorgeous apartment in ideal location

The apartment was beautiful with very good taste furniture and perfectly equipped. The beach is beautiful and it is easy to swim in the first four hours after sunrise and two hours before sunset. The location is perfectly central such that you can reach any side of the island in less than 40 minutes drive. The apartment felt like it was our haven after the exploratory trips we made to find beaches with turtles. We then enjoyed cooking while watching the sunsets. The lanai is also very well equipped so it was a pleasure to use it for breakfast and dinner. Swimming pool is great too. We will definitely come back!!

The very best condo in this complex. Modern, organized, and personal touches throughout. The convenience of walking in and out of the ground floor, beachfront condo can't be over-emphasized. Perfect for us traveling as 2 couples. Central location and quiet, long beach made the adventures throughout the island easy. We loved watching the canoe club and the event center activities next door. They were not at all disruptive to the quiet environment. There was a tiger shark sighting closer to the sugar mill while we were there, but that is Hawaii for you. Just be aware of local reports. Great place!

Beautiful ocean front property !

Beautiful ocean front property ! Definitely coming back ! Very comfortable and cozy accommodation with a few steps from a sand , pool . We felt we are staying in a house , not a condo since this unit is very secluded and have step out patio door right to the beach and pool . Very well equipped . Only two things to improve : hot water in a guestroom shower ( no hot water there ) and a vacuum .We stayed for 10 days and after few days went to the Target and bought one . With amount of sand coming from a beach it’s a must to have ! Overall , we love it !!! Owners are very lucky to have this amazing property in their real estate portfolio.

Condo in need of a spruce up. Window coverings in essence did not work. Gates for patio broken and weeds growing out of enclosed patio. Beach was not what I expected very narrow. Someone leftovers were still in the refrigerator when we arrived.

Amazing! Beautiful! Simply wonderful!

No regrets here!!! This was my family's first visit to Maui. To have our first impressions include our stay at this particular location was truly an amazing introduction to the splendor of Maui. This Condo is gorgeous!!! Pictures do not do it justice because the feel of the condo is also very inviting; both luxury and comfort are ones experiences. The view of the ocean comes easily from the wall of huge windows oceanside. The amenities are top-notch; bedrooms are large and and very comfortable sleeping accommodations with each having it's own ensuite. We were steps away from the beach!! My family never wanted to leave to go site see due to feeling we had everything right at our door step. The building is also extremely easy and comfortable. Using the grounds bbqs was easy and convenient- and again, right at your doorstep. Our time here was special and is now filled with special memories. Definitely want to return and will seek a time when we can get this space again!!

Loved It!

The check in process was great and seamless. The kitchen is excellent for cooking and solid cutlery. A couple little maintenance items in the unit, but nothing a distraction. Solid core doors inside the unit meaning quiet bedroom when closed. Furniture is beautiful (someone is an interior decorator) and comfortable. Excellent lightening and music set up. No noise after 10pm grounds policy so not for party-people, but perfect for us. Steven the caretaker is a great guy, the occasion cat visitor and wild chickens were loved by my daughter and really added a nice “home” feel. BBQ’s are cleaned daily by Steven, and the pool is well maintained (as are the grounds.). And as they say in real estate, location, location, location - excellent. The pictures do not do it Justice. One warning - not for resort, tour, or cruise minded people. You find your own fun here which is the whole point of staying here.

Went thru tropical storm. Units either side of us got mud flooding we were safe so unit it secure during a storm. Place is beautiful
