Beautiful Place, AC unit totally undersized
The unit was very clean, the view from the terrace and the location within the development excellent. The air conditioning unit was totally inadequate and did not cool the unit. We were with a group of 12 other unit renters and all other units had much better AC units and kept their premises cool. The 1 and only wall unit in this unit is totally undersized to the point the room never got cooler than 85 degrees Fahrenheit

Good, but expensive
The unit is generally well kept and, apart from lacking a kettle, all appliances were in good condition. Some of the linen (grey pillowslips) was not clean when we arrived, the pillows were overworn, and the living room furniture upholstery is perhaps in need of cleaning. The unit is relatively expensive, as other 2 bedroom units are offered for considerably less.
