Property and staff were amazing !! Food , accommodations and transport were great. Unfortunately when it came down to the people in public in general the people of Germany were extremely un helpful, they seem to basically not have time to even point the right way. I have traveled the work mostly on work time or military and Germany is a country I will never return to .. so sad. But what a beautiful country ….sorry !!!!!!

Great location, walking distance to the Kiellinie and direct bus to the main train station. Very nice and comfortable rooms. USB charging plugs are convenient! Breakfast had plenty of delicious options, including vegan and gluten free. Only minus: there is "conditioning shampoo" only, not shampoo and conditioner. I don't think that's the same and would prefer a separate conditioner

This is not a real Steigenberger, it's aged.

We're 2 international travel Journalists who revisited the town we lived at for many years and still remember the Hotel under Hansi Conti. Not much has changed, unfortunately we stayed there at a Hotel renovation stage. The lifts did not work and parking was a challenging effort due to the narrow car spaces and huge concrete pillars strewn throughout the underground parking area.

Good hotel with known good service of steigenberger. It is close to the old town but no noise at all, some rooms are renovated some not, we got an old one but still fine
