Good location, easy check in, good communication prior to arrival; however, house was infested with roaches (kitchen, bathroom, living room). We called maintenance and property manager to request help. Unsure if they sprayed as roaches and other bugs prevalent through stay. Put in second call at point that one crawled up a family members pajama pant. Highly disappointed in property for amount of money we paid. I never received call back from property manager after I requested alternative option or discount on full payment after bug issue wasn’t fixed.
