Tiny room without a view of anything but air conditioners. Hard to even open suit cases except on bed. Very loud setup with doors slamming into the wee hours of morning. Pool is nice, but they allow folks to play music from their own speakers wrll into the night.

Great property. Lovely clean spacious rooms. Nice pool and access to a beach area. Also free shuttle into downtown with two different drop off and pick up points, this was a great bonus after driving 5 hours!

Amazing view incredible suite, staff friendly but incompetent, no room service and high school kid at the maitre d desk got the order wrong resulting in more time spent away from lovely and pricey room. Front desk staff required many phone calls to get us into our pricey room at 5:30 though we arrived at 3 p for 4 p check in. Staff doesn’t match quality of property

Great Place To Stay, Convenient Shuttle to Duval

Great stay, amazing bartenders, and friendly convenient shuttle service to and from Duval. Also one of the few places we've stayed that had the pool open 24 hours! Only downsides were a minor snafu at check-in, that was swiftly corrected; and the fact that maid service is not including with the room.

My wife is in a wheelchair. They without question immediately accommodated her needs great stuff. The room was well-maintained, though there were a couple marks and Nicks in the paint here and there, but nothing is perfect. The only thing I would be concerned about was the shower wand was missing and the bottom semi-Clear plastic support was cracked with sharp edges, which caused my wife to hurt her hand. but overall, it was a wonderful getaway. We enjoyed a very satisfying meal and drinks at the tavern and town restaurant and a nice quiet evening with no yell and screaming around us. No sounds of jet engines or cars just peace and quiet. Almost forgot, please fix the elevator. It has the slowest door on an elevator known to man.

Loved this hotel! The rooms are huge and we loved having a full kitchen for the week. It was a very comfortable room with a king sized bed, living room and kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The shuttle was awesome, we took full advantage using it to go downtown and not having to worry about finding parking.
