THE PROPERTY: Enjoy a soothing cup of coffee on the private patio or take an
early morning walk on Mallory Square. This Adult Only home is conveniently
located down a private path and contains sought after features including Dade
County Pine and hardwood floors. In addition to modern updates in the kitchenette
and bath, you will enjoy the charm of old-world Key West. As you enter the home’s
sunny living room, you will find a sofa, side chairs, and a smart TV. Several windows, skylight,
and vaulted ceiling transform the space and provide an open, airy feeling. French doors
provide views of palm trees and the patio. Overlooking the living room is the open loft
sleeping space with a window and a queen bed under the eaves. Dual night tables, lamps
and a reading chair add to the comfort of this second-floor area. A primary king bedroom is
located towards the rear of the home. This first-floor bedroom is adorned with
bedside tables and sconce lighting. A window air conditioning unit, ceiling fan and
wardrobe storage add to the comfort of this space. A French door provides access
to the sunlit brick patio. Just steps from the bedroom is an updated bathroom with
single sink vanity and tiled, walk-in shower. Close by is a delightful kitchenette
complete with a small fridge, sink, two-burner cooktop, regular drip coffee maker,
microwave, and storage. A small table and two chairs are in place for convenience.

BED CONFIGURATION: One king bed is located on the first floor and one queen
bed is located on the open second-floor loft.

OUTDOOR AMENITIES: A large, shared pool is available for Gardenia Cottage guests; it is
located at the back of the complex and is surrounded by swaying palms and tropical
landscaping. Loungers are in place for your use.

PARKING: No designated parking. Limited on-street parking may be available in the
neighborhood.

LOCATION: Historic Old Town, walkable to Duval Street, shops, bars, and restaurants.
Enjoy entertainment and a sunset celebration on nearby Mallory Square.

PETS: This home is NOT pet-friendly. (If you have pets, please browse through our
many homes that are pet friendly).

SMOKING: This is a STRICT NON SMOKING HOME AND COMPLEX.
