Stayed here only for a night, but could have easily stayed here for 2 or 3 as Key West wasn't our main destination in Florida. After spending some time in Miami Beach, our biggest concern when booking Key West pretty much last minute (2-3 days ahead) was if parking would be the same in Key West as in Miami Beach, like $20-30 per day in Miami Beach. This place has 6 tight parking spots up front on the property, but also has street parking nearby. Tried to get there early to get a spot, and with traffic we only made it at 4PM on Friday, but there were still 3 spots up front! We preferred to not get dinged in the tight spot so I parked on the street very easily! Only 20 feet from hotel. This is an older place and not a luxury place by any means, but it's quality for what it is. Has a great location and low key. Only about 5 minutes from the Southernmost Point. Also near restaurants and Duval Street. Only 15 minute walk to Higgs Beach and the Edward Knight Pier, but parking is free on the street across the pier.

All was good we were very comfortable and it was a cute little place. Seemed pricey for the amount of availability there was everywhere, but we still really loved the little place And the staff was very helpful and friendly

Horrible stay, not clean, Urine smell from A/C sys

It appeared to be a lovely quaint cottage and was nicely equipped. But someone as a joke urinated into the air conditioner filter, and during the entire stay the 4 of us felt like vomiting because of the horrible smell. Also the floor was not cleaned and sticky throughout. The staff was very friendly but a very strong stench of Urine and the place not being cleaned all for the exorbitant price of almost $400 was a ripoff.

The location was very walkable to everything within the historic district. Although we didn’t use it, the pool area looked cozy. The bathroom has been remodeled and although it is small, it was very functional and attractive; however, the room itself could use some updating and sound proofing as you could hear everything the people in the next room said/did.

My room had a very small window AC unit. Because I was there in February, the small unit kept the room comfortable but I question how that window unit will work in the summer keeping the room cool.

Wonderful!

Steven was an absolute gem! When we checked out of the hotel, we asked Steven if it would be ok to leave our car at the hotel while we wandered around for a bit. Without hesitation he agreed. When we came back a couple of hours later, there was a sign next to my car saying that id forgotten my phone in the room. Thank you, thank you, thank you Steven! You just dont find people that go the extra mile anymore! Would absolutely stay here again!!

Stopped in for 2 nights. Clean very friendly staff. Very reminiscent of old Florida vacation motels. Room size was ideal we had three in group. Pool was warm and inviting. A bit of a hidden gem. I would do five stars all the way but it is a bit dated so wanted people to be aware. I think if you stay here you will have a great vacation. Looking forward to going back.
