Wonderful stay! Communication was great from start to finish, check in was easy (even in the dark!), and the property was just as described. Spacious, super clean, and sooo close to the private sandy beach, loved having the lawn chairs always out and ready. The property grounds are so well-taken care of, the beach is raked every morning, and the pool was heated and spotless. The complex is a little older, but the unit was nicely updated, and everything in the complex is so well-maintained. We cooked in for many meals and the kitchen had everything we needed to do so. The beds are super comfortable, and the unit has everything we needed. We enjoyed the puzzles, and playing games at the dining table. The neighborhood has lovely high-end homes and is great for walking/biking around, with a dedicated walking/biking lane on the bigger road. The condo is an easy drive to grocery stores, restaurants, attractions, etc, with fun things to do in Marathon, and was an easy drive to Key West for a day. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay. The place was amazing. Able to watch the sun rise from the balcony.The beach area was never really crowded. We spent a lot of time just relaxing.Dermot was very good to work with. He answered all our questions in a timely manner, usually right after you send a message.

Got to unit after what seemed like a long day of travel, opened up door to a very nice and clean unit . Kitchen is very well stocked with equipment , also bathrooms are super nice. Was nice to have beach chairs and other items in closet for use. outside building ground are very well kept and beach area is combed every morning. It was nice , not crowded at all , location was perfect close to most everything . overall a great first trip to the keys , definitely not long enough , didnt want to leave to go back home to cold and snow. Would stay here again without question , thanks for a great place to stay , hope to return soon.

Great summer vacation

We loved our time at Sea Isle in Key Colony Beach. The condo is well equipped and was comfortable for our family of 4. They have all kinds of stuff for a beach day - chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys, pool noodles, etc. The kitchen has all of what you need to cook meals. Was nice to have a couple spices to work with before hitting the grocery store. The beach is nice - during our 2 weeks in June/July, there was a lot of sargassum but there were areas of the water that were still swimmable with the rocks walls partially protecting. The condo property provides lots of chairs and umbrellas for the grass area. We loved the quietness of KCB and made good use of the 3-par golf course and pickle ball courts. Definitely recommend Sea Isle!

Great Family Rental!

My family of 4 stayed for spring break (March 2025). This location was perfect for the activities we wanted to do. Close to the Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, kayaking & snorkeling, and only an hour and a half from Key West (easy day trip). The pool and beach are only steps away, and neither one was ever overly busy. We enjoyed them both every day of our stay! The property and condo was clean and well maintained. We had no problems with check in and communication was always timely. The community of Key Colony Beach is very safe and walkable/bikeable. There’s even a community sunset celebration every evening just a short walk away at Sunset Beach. All in all, our family had a wonderful experience and we all said we would return again!

Excellence in Marathon

Our first time in the Keys. The weather was disappointing but our stay was great. Any and everything you could hope for was available in the condo. Nice powdered sugar beach and a pool too. Could not ask for anything more. Some great restaurants and local watering holes for happy hour. We will definitely return.

Best family vacay

We had such a great time at the condos and around the keys!! The kids loved the pool & beach! We found beautiful shells, swam a lot, and enjoyed relaxing on the calm, cozy beach! 10/10 recommend. And when we come back we will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect vacation

We really enjoyed our vacation at Sea Isle and this apartment. The apartment itself is very comfortable and has everything you need for a beach holiday. Although you don’t need to travel far for the beach! We thought the complimentary soaps and shampoos were a really nice touch. The grounds are perfectly cared for, the pool a good size and refreshing when you get a bit too hot! There are plenty of sun loungers on the grass overlooking the beach and the crystal clear water. I really enjoyed barbecuing on the grills, sat in the tiki hut over looking the sea enjoying a cold beer! It doesn’t get better than that! There are loads of good restaurants nearby and we really enjoyed having a cocktail at Havana Jacks just down the road after a day at the beach. On the day of arrival Donna emailed to say the apartment would be ready before the check in time which although not needed was very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend this apartment and look forward to returning to Sea Isle.

Beach Paradise in The Keys

This place is fabulous!! The condo is perfectly located in Marathon. We traveled up and down The Keys and it only took us about an hour to get to the north part and south part of the Keys. You are about 8 minutes from Publix and Winn Dixie along with other restaurants, ice cream places, and bakeries. They had everything you needed in this condo. We were traveling in from Nashville and they had beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cooler, which made our experience even more fun. The beach is great. It is hard to find beach in the Keys but his place was perfect, the water was beautiful just like the pictures. We loved this condo because it was extremely private and you felt like you had the whole beach to yourself. You did not have to fight for a lawn chair like most beach places. It seriously was the best! They even had aloe if you got sunburnt. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. I would give this a four and a half stars if possible. The only reason I am giving it a four star is that you could only put the air condition up to 72 and the air was not working in the master bathroom which made it difficult for our room to stay cool. We had a hard time staying cool because it is extremely hot in The Keys and we would have liked to come into a cooler condo. Other than that I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

A piece of heaven

This condo was perfect for us. It was quite,clean and safe. We loved the beach area and how well maintained it was. Lots of good restaurants close by. Also like that we could walk to Sunset Beach to enjoy the sunset at night.

We had a great time staying here. The condo has everything we needed and more. Plenty of space and room to spread out the beach was perfect and raked daily. Sone much to do in close proximity to the condo weather to boat,eat , shop, snorkel and even a gym. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to marathon. Absolutely amazing property and location.

Never rented a condo before but as the kids got older they needed space. This condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a large living area. The pool is immaculate and the beach is cleaned daily. The sea has lots of sea-life and us ideal for snorkelling. The location us perfect for going up and down the keys. There are also walkable bars and restaurants which means you don’t have to drive everywhere. The hosts are excellent at their communications and this really is a peaceful haven right in the centre of the Keys.

Excellent property! Five stars all the way!

We stayed in this property with our children. The unit was extremely clean, well appointed, nicely decorated, and was in a great location (ocean view and right at the pool). Our communication with the owners was responded to immediately. This is perhaps the best rental in which we have ever stayed. The Florida Keys are so beautiful and Key Colony Beach is second to none. A really safe and quiet, family friendly town and location. We would definitely return to this property.

This condo was extremely spacious, clean, breathtaking views of Sunrise and the beach!

I cannot say it enough!!! Thank you Donna & Ed!! You nailed it all! Great location, extremely safe, peaceful, clean, spacious, incredible views from balcony to the beach and Sunrise! Everything is there to cook at home, you need nothing but the food! Just pack your personal belongings and your toiletries. They have bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, extra fans if ceiling fans aren’t enough or even a heater! Donna is on top of every message and gives suggestions to where to go and visit!!! Sunset Park is a must visit every evening unless you’re else where because you don’t want to miss sunrise or sunsets while you’re here!!! Thank you again for welcoming us into your home, I felt like I live here and you read my mind as what I needed in a rental and executed it before I got here!!! I will definitely comeback and haven’t stopped talking or recommending the house to all I know!! Donna & Ed you are the BEST!!!! Thank you!! Loved the upgrades and everything looks new and fresh!!!

Beautiful beachy retreat in Keys

Lovely, well stocked, roomy condo with a sandy beach and refreshing pool close to lots of fun. We LOVED our vacation home away from home had a great time snorkeling, fishing, swimming, and exploring and this condo made it all the more comfortable and convenient. Easy check in and out and property is prettier than the pictures show. Thank you!!
