Trail Creek Crossings - Hermoso condominio de lujo - A pie del centro de Ketchum

Beautiful appartement with great Baldy views!

The property is very well appointed with all you need for a wonderful stay in SV! Right in town but feels you are in the middle of nature. Also close to the free bus shuttle. Very smooth and positive renting experience.

Great first trip to Ketchum!

Great property and great location, we were able to walk into town for dinner each night and for daily activities. Very nice and spacious property, was more than enough room for our family--2 adults, 2 kids. Listening to the river next to the property at night was a nice bonus. Enjoyed our stay enough that we would stay here again!

Quiet, clean, well furnished condo. The building and finish materials/hardware are top of the line. The location is within walking distance to downtown Ketchum restaurants and shopping. Very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condominium. Conveniently located to both central Ketchum and the River Run base (both less than 1 mile). Easy check in. Unit is sort of oddly layed out but very usable. Two bedrooms w en-suite nice baths downstairs and a closable room upstairs with two twin beds. Kitchen and equipment were excellent. Nice views and furniture. Only downside is that it takes a key fob to get into anything and anywhere in the building, which I understand for safety purposes, but they only provide one with the rental, which means you cannot split up your party easily if doing different things because they cannot get back into the building.

Gorgeous condo

Beautifully decorated condo, 3 min walk to market, dining and shops. Bike path is 5 min ride away. Nice view of the mountain and probably great views in winter when there are no leaves on the trees. There is a smaller hill in the back for a steep climb at sunset. Impeccably clean. A lot of wood stairs that get slippery in socks and when wet. Nice quiet den for reading or smaller kids but far from bedrooms downstairs. Only drawback is it’s right on the highway so you get a lot of noise during the day when the doors are open. Also get a lot of dirt and dust from the cottonwood trees. There was construction in the back that started at 7 am but it’s nearly finished. The only reason I rated it 4 star is the highway. In the winter it would be a 5 star. I do recommend it!

The traffic is pretty much non-stop all day. Luckily the unit has a/c so we didn't have to open the doors.Wifi does not work downstairs in the bedrooms. the view, in the summer, of Baldy is a peek through the trees from the dining area.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful property

What a beautiful property for our stay in Ketchum! Great location and just a short walk to downtown Ketchum. The property is immaculate and the kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and well stocked with cook ware and utensils for your cooking needs. The property is beautifully decorated and the balcony overlooks a small stream and and there is a small fire gas fire pit for those cool evenings. Would definitely stay at this property again.

It exceeded our expectations in every way, and we've stayed in some of the nicest resorts across the Country. The condo and building are all high-end finishes, and it's well furnished, decorated, and maintained. The pics don't do it justice. I wish I had the owners' info so I could send them a thank you card for letting us stay in their awesome getaway and compliment them on a job well done.The building itself was also very quiet, we were there for a week and didn't see or here another person. The underground parking garage is convenient as well and had no problem fitting a Suburban. Kitchen has everything you could ever need, we made dinner a few nights after a long day on the slopes and being too tired to go out...the Atkinson's Market is very close and is better than Whole Foods.No one wanted to leave at the end of the week, we had a great time in Sun Valley and this place made it even better. Without question, if we plan to come back to Sun Valley we're 100% staying here.

Nice but two problems

Nicely appointed and convenient property but, unknown to us, air conditioning was being replaced during our stay. With temp between 85 and 90 it was uncomfortable. Also noise from renters in adjoining unit was loud until midnight. Thankfully, we received some credit back

The owners have thought of is so well-equipped. The location is fabulous, right in town by the Limelight, where we have previously stayed many times. Although it is so centrally located, you still have the charming feature of being alongside the rushing creek which provides for a somewhat rural setting with Baldy in the background. My son took advantage of the complimentary bike which he rode to the gym everyday. We appreciated the discounted YMCA passes offered by Alpine Lodging. We will definitely be back to this elegant rental!

The perfect location

This condo is quiet, clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished and with an amazing view of Baldy. It's a short walk to bars, restaurants and grocery stores making it an ideal property for a mountain getaway.

In the winter you are about a 3 minute drive to the lifts at River Run and in the summer you're a stone's throw from the great bike path system. We spend a lot of time in Ketchum in both seasons and this is the best place we've stayed at. The unit has views of Baldy and Trail Creek. Very kid friendly place (we have a 2 year old and 4 year old). Our family loves to cook and the open kitchen was not only beautiful, but very well equipped. Garage parking in the winter is a plus too! Will certainly stay here again!

Fall in Sun Valley, near town

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was awesome. New and beautiful furniture, art and decor, and appliances, tastefully done. The highway noise did not bother us and at least for now the large construction site just to the north was inactive. With trees off the leaves there were nice views back on Baldy from the deck, and it is an easy walk into the town center. The gas fireplace was great, easy to operate and quickly warmed the room. The bedrooms had high-end bedding and ample ensuite bathrooms. The two bedrooms and laundry room are on the lower floor fairly away from the kitchen and living room, a layout that we liked but a little different, but it allows for sleepers not to be disturbed. The bedrooms have sliding glass doors that open to an outside common walkway, so potentially some privacy issues but we never saw anyone out there and we just kept our drapes closed. Easy parking in underground garage.

So much thought went into every detail to ensure the comfort of their guests. We had planned to go out to dinner, but the kitchen was lovely, and so well appointed that we ended up cooking every meal at the rental. The view from the upstairs living area was spectacular during the third week of October. The aspens were gold and glowing and the air was fresh and delightful! The rental is close to everything yet provides privacy that we appreciated greatly. It was a wonderful homebase during our stay in Ketchum. We will be back during ski season! Nice; not worth the price

We really wanted to like this place. Overall, the pictures are accurate of the decor, although the space feels much smaller, as usable square footage is much less than overall sqaure footage. The condo was clean - yet smelled very heavily of a commerical cleaning solution through-out our stay. Kitchen was nice. View was nice. Indoor garage space was nice. Bathrooms were clean, although no heat in either, making for a very chilly experience. WiFi worked well upstairs, though not in the bedrooms downstairs, even with following the instructions to reconnect downstairs. Towels supplied were thin and of the basic motel variety (bring your own). Only one very thin blanket per bed did not keep us warm, even with the heat on. Curtains in the bedroom were cheap and barely covered all the glass - not very private or light filtering. While we understand it's not their issue, major construction going on right outside the bedroom windows/sliders made it impossible to sleep past 7:00am. We should have been given a discount, or at least told in advance. Make sure to ask before you book. We left a day early due to the noise, and how bad the mattresses were in both rooms. Disappointing, for sure. This place looks nice, yet for us, it was not worth the price. We'll look elsewhere next time.
