Rowling House is a traditional Lakeland farmhouse in Newlands Valley, near Keswick. The house offers relaxed, Five Star luxury, for up to eight people. The location provides the perfect holiday base for many Lakeland walks without the need for a car. Whether you are looking to explore the high fells, lakes, valleys or simply wish to enjoy the stunning views, Rowling House is ideally situated.Rowling House has a large farmhouse kitchen with an Aga and open fires in each of the sitting rooms. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, 2 king-sized doubles and 2 twins. There is an additional large family bathroom with shower and roll top free standing bath. (Bedroom 1 has a zip and link Super King bed)

The house has two separate sitting rooms, both with open fires, logs supplied and TV & DVD players. Free WiFi is provided

The kitchen/dining room is equipped with an oil-fuelled Aga; an electric oven and hob; American- style fridge freezer; dishwasher; microwave and a large family dining table
