Never stay here!

This motel should not be listed with Hotels.com. Upon check in we were told no room clean without extra charge. The climb up the exterior concrete stairs is too steep and probably not legal. Upon opening the door I noted the carpet is lumpy and uneven so could be a trip hazard. When I turned the bed down in the evening, my wife screamed because there was a bug in the sheets. I approached the manager and told her we wanted a refund as we would not stay, she said too late we already paid no refund or partial was offered. As it was late evening we elected to try rest in the room till morning. This was difficult as the term backed on to McDonalds all night drive through so we listened to cars and parking lot parties all night. Went to the manager’s office in the morning to plead for some relief sign on the door says do not disturb as manager is not a morning person. Worst place and service I have seen in my 74 years, with hundreds of hotel stays. (Commercial Traveller)

Lack of air-conditioning. Property was looking tired but was ideal for us as a family group. Very handy to Keri Keri centre - shopping, restaurants, etc. Good value for money. Swimming Pool great and always clean.
