Snack the last room at this property checking in at midnight so didn’t spend a lot of time there, but it certainly serve the purpose. Had to travel all the way into Wisconsin to find a hotel room due to a Beyoncé concert in the area no hotels anywhere.

Lovely staff, lovely place

I'm not exaggerating when I say the entire stay was perfect. Rooms were beautiful, felt like a luxury studio apt., I unfortunately didn't get to take advantage of the fitness room or free breakfast but I'm sure they're splendid. The area is perfect and quiet. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, freeway, a shopping center. The staff is what sold me though to be honest, wonderful ladies who answered all my questions and made me feel like I was some VIP. No seriously! I've enjoyed many hotels but NEVER experienced service like this. Honorable mention Viviana and Courtney! I'll be back for my birthday 😉

Everything was okay except we were given a hard time about a late check out. I asked for 12 pm and was told 11:30 was the best you could do. I felt if you could do 11:30 you could have done 12. Also, the desk agent that worked over night was kind of strange. She was talking about demons and people mutating into other people’s bodies when I was just trying to buy a soda. Overall, my stay was enjoyable just didn’t like the flexibility about late check out.
