Holdredge Stay

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issues I had were that the spa/hot tub did not work, and didn't work the last time I stayed. There was no notice that it wasn't working, and was not told it wasn't working prior to booking the stay. Also, the breakfast is ok, but would like something other than biscuits and gravy..

The pools heater was broken so the water was very very cold. The hot tub didn’t even have water in it. The drinks vending machine was out of order. We found a random sock in our room upon arriving. There were stains on the top blankets. The bathroom hadn’t been swept/scrubbed. The dinning area furniture needs replaced something fierce. Both the front desk people were super friendly and helpful and the only positive of the stay.

As was expected

Registration had a bit of a snag, but worked out. Pool heater out so our plan for a relaxing soak was foiled again. No pre booking exposing either! Room was as expected. Breakfast not awsume, but better than expected.

Disappointed

The hotel overall was not clean and had an odor. The room had cigars burns in the comforter, we requested non-smoking. The walls had a film on them and the drywall was missing under the heater. I would not recommend this hotel.

Thin walls, noisy. Looks nothing like the photos. Small and smells smoky. We didnt sleep at all bc there was so much noise and banging talking and hollering The pool was ice cold and small and the hot tub was out of order. The shower was terrible too
