This house is on the beach front in the area of Kampi, very close to Koundouros (2 to 3 minutes by car), which has 4 restaurants, 2 beach bars, water sports, a mini market and several sandy beaches. If guests do not want to go to Koundouros for a meal out, there is a taverna 80 meters from the house.
The "Stone Beach House" is ideal for those that just want to relax by the sea, soak up up the sun and enjoy the amazing sea and sunset views. The house has a large shaded veranda with various seating and dining areas as well as a BBQ. Inside there is a living room with a fireplace and two sofa beds, a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. The first bedroom is part of the original house with 50 centimeter curved walls and a balcony door that leads directly to the front veranda. Connected to the first bedroom are the second and third bedrooms, one of which leads directly to the front veranda. Near the BBQ is a second bathroom with a shower.
The house will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.

Perfect Beachside Retreat
Kampi Beachouse sits right on this lovely sheltered beach and offers a lovely quiet getaway. Our stay for 2 weeks in late May-early June gave us the beach pretty much to ourselves. The house is simple but clean and complete with all your needs to be self sufficient. Our family enjoyed the peace and quiet, swimming twice a day and the few interactions with local beach-goers including adopting the ginger and black cats who would visit daily. Maria was a helpful host and organised the logistics of getting to and from the mainland as well as ensuring we received the right local knowledge on what to buy where. If you are looking for a quiet place to unwind and relax then Kampi beach house is a great option!

Séjour très agréable dans villa face à la mer
3 semaines très agréables sur une île peu fréquentée des Cyclades.
Maison très accueillante et très bien équipée. La proximité immédiate d’une taverne permet de se restaurer sur place ou en take away ce qui est bien pratique. Petit bémol : La première épicerie est située à 15 mn et la première boulangerie à 25 mn en voiture.
Location impérative !
Maria Lemos est formidable et d’un professionnalisme irréprochable !

Idyllique !
Une propriété extraordinaire sur l'une des plus belles plages de l'île. La maison offre des prestations et un confort haut de gamme (équipement, touches d'attention...) L'ensemble a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût. Ce fût pour nous un séjour inoubliable. La mer et ses eaux cristallines rien que pour nous, ainsi que le chant des vagues et des cigales...dès le réveil.
Nous ne serons pas prêts d'oublier sa magnifique terrasse et ce coin de paradis.
