Our apartment is located in prestigious apart-hotel ATRIUM in new Gudauri at the top of the Gudauri resort. It is the only building in the entire New Gudauri with an actual ski-in/out option. Guests have an instant access to the main ski slope and Gondola lift (20 meters away). We offer you clean, bright, modern and cozy apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and furniture to fit up to 4 people comfortably. You will enjoy amazing and exquisite atmosphere in the apartment.
“Cozy and stylish studio near Gondola - New Gudauri” is located on the upper first floor that is very convenient to access without the need of an elevator or stairs to get there. The apartment offers King size double bed and a convertible sofa for two people, huge balcony seats with amazing mountain and ski track views. It is equipped with all necessary furniture, electronics, bathroom and kitchen utensils and appliances, including a fridge, a microwave, an electric kettle, a stove, and a hair-drier. TV set as well as free Wi-Fi is also included. A comfortable Ski storage locker (depo) is available on the ground floor free of charge for our guests. High-class service and infrastructure includes cozy lobby and concierge service (24 hours). Supermarkets, cafes, bars, restaurants and a casino are in 3 minutes walk.
