In the heart of the Alsatian vineyard, on the wine route, close to the historic center of Kaysersberg.
The house is built on 2 floors and was completely renovated in 2008. It enjoys a North / South exposure.
You will be close to the restaurants and shops of Kaysersberg.
Private parking is available at the property.

The House :
Ground floor :
It has an entrance, an independent toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, a kitchen open to a living / dining room.

1st floor:
A release, a bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedrooms with a single bed, a bathroom with shower and a second separate toilet.

The living room / stay is exposed full South. Very bright, it has a tiled floor and paint on the walls. It offers a nice view of the garden thanks to the large windows overlooking the garden and the terrace.
In this room you will find two sofas, a coffee table, a TV stand, a dining table with 6 chairs, a TV, a DVD player, board games, documentation on the activities and tourist sites of the region. to discover.
You can enjoy at leisure the free Wi-Fi connection.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, etc.)
All the necessary cleaning is also available.

The bedroom on the ground floor (facing north) has a double bed 140 * 200, bedside tables, and a large wardrobe.

Great location to base your holiday in Alsace from

After visiting the Alsace a few times now, we wanted to find a property that would provide us walking access to a picturesque village with restaurants and bars, to have a space where we could sit outside and enjoy views, but have privacy, to be able to park our car very close, and to stay in a Gite that provided all the mod-cons and comfort that we are used to. Paquerettes seemed to meet all those requirements from the listing, and didn't disappoint in reality. We enjoyed many breakfasts and evening meals sitting outside enjoying the Alsace air. We had all the washing, cooking and cleaning equipment we needed. Décor was thoughtfully done - shows it is cared for. And Mdm Bresson was very helpful and hospitable. We very much enjoyed our 2 weeks stay!

La location est conforme à la description, elle très bien équipée. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour. Le seul bémol : l'isolation phonique quasiment inexistante, on entend chaque pas fait, même quand on est pas dans la même pièce, et si quelqu'un parle, toute la maison en profite.

Zentrale Lage, sowohl für Kaysersberg als auch für Ausflüge in die Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, und mehr (z.B. wirklich ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck). Wir haben uns über ein Begrüssungsgeschenk (Marmelade und Honig) sehr gefreut. Ein kleines Manko ist die Lage direkt an der Straße, so dass das Fenster in einem der Schlafzimmer nachts und morgens nicht gut geöffnet bleiben kann. An das Rauschen von der Umgehungsstraße hinter dem Haus gewöhnt man sich. Wir haben die Ausstattung mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sehr geschätzt. Die Schlafzimmer sind gut eingerichtet, die Matratzen sind gut. Im Wohnzimmer ist viel Informationsmaterial zur Umgebung vorhanden. In 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß mitten in Kaysersberg, und mit dem Auto sind alle Ausflugsziele des Elsass gut zu erreichen. Im Garten stehen zwei Gartenliegen zur Verfügung, und auf der Terrasse haben wir gerne gefrühstückt. Alles in allem war es ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren zu 4 für ein Fahrradwochenende in der Wohnung, sie liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt von der Altstadt in der auch der Fahrradverleih Alsac cyclo Tours liegt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Mikrowelle, Grill und Toaster jede Menge Geschirr, Gläsern etc. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, wir konnten sogar die Fahrräder in der Werkstatt unterstellen. Trotz der Lage direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße war es nicht zu laut. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der kleine Garten war perfekt für unseren Sohn. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuss super zu erreichen. Kinderspielplätze befinden sich ebenfalls in kurzer Entfernung. Einzig die Lärmquelle Straße und die permanenten Geräusche des Whirlpool des Nachbarn auf der Terrasse sind als etwas störend von uns empfunden worden. Sehr nette Vermieterin.
