Villa Marko is a charming holiday home located in the peaceful village of Kaštelir on the western coast of Istria. With 90 m2 of living space, it is ideal for 4 to 6 guests, offering comfort, privacy, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing vacation.

The interior features a cozy living room with a large, resizable sofa bed for two additional guests, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The villa includes one bathroom and two air-conditioned bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and satellite TV.

Outside, guests can enjoy a 32 m2 private swimming pool and a jacuzzi, perfect for cooling off or unwinding after a day of exploring. The covered summer kitchen with a large fireplace and dining area provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals. The property also offers two private parking spaces.

The nearest beach is just 8 km away and can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. The village of Kaštelir itself offers several restaurants, pizzerias, and cafés, as well as shops, a post office, and an ATM – all within walking distance.

Poreč, one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Adriatic, is only 10 km away and offers a wide range of attractions, entertainment, and cultural sites.
