The man on day reception was very kind and helpful. He got us a taxi for Ani ruins and Lake Cilders for a very good fair price. He had great suggestions for local dining. Breakfast was delicious. Hotel is dated but clean and functional and has a great lift

Loved the friendly staff. We were offered help to do our laundry at the hotel. They served tea and coffee to guests who hang out in the lobby. Location is also good. Very central. We also enjoyed the bteakfast and the person who served breakfast.very professional. Thanks to everyone at Konak hotel!

I arrived at this property after midnight. Check in process was fine. My room was on the 6th floor.. a lot of stairs to climb, and the elevator is tiny! The place smelt of cigarettes, and the Wi-Fi did not work at all. Breakfast okay, simple but fine. Convenient for a stop-over for one night.

Okay hotel on a busy but convenient location. Staff didn’t speak English so every time when I needed to say some things they had to call the manager for me to talk on phone, a little weird. The breakfast room was very small so it was very crowded. The room was very basic and simple.

Kars Konak hotel

The hotel looks ok from the small lobby. The lift is just about big enough for 1 person and a suitcase.. The hotel looks as though it could do with a clean, the stairways etc look dirty. Our room, where do i start!! Too much furniture for the room, couldn't swing a cat in that room. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. Cigarette burns in the pillow cases and the mattresses look dirty. The bathroom cabinet was just about hanging together, my husband had to fix the shower door as that was hanging off. The toilet seat half hanging off the toilet. I seriously can go on and on but i think you get the idea.... this hotel is advertised as a 3* , i think not.

Great time in Kars

Staff was super friendly. Location is really good. Food was amazing. Some rooms might be noisy if you open the window due to main road traffic. Overall, definitely recommended.
