This is my first time ever reviewing a hotel I’ve stayed and let me tell you.. this resort is GORGEOUS! The scenery is beautiful there’s actually things to do at the resort! and not to mention my room was a 5 min walk to the beach! I went for my birthday and I’m soo glad i chose this resort! My room was spacious. I enjoyed a large bathtub as well as pool to relax! The staff are incredible super friendly and greeted and helped me immediately upon arrival. I can’t wait to return to Thailand and when i do this will forever be the resort i stay at! Don’t hesitate to book!

The whole property was very well kept. Acres of gardens were well maintained. All the staff were very busy all the time keeping the grounds neat and tidy. The breakfast staff were excellent remembering your coffee and tea orders every morning. They were always polite and helpful as were all the staff at the Resort. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this Hotel to family and friends.

Terrible experience – do not recommend My stay at Paradox in Phuket was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty, the beds were uncomfortable and clearly not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the facilities was old and poorly maintained. Everything felt worn down and unkept. The hotel is definitely not what it looks like in the photos. The only positive thing I can mention is the hotel staff — they were friendly and tried their best to help. But sadly, that’s not enough to make up for how dirty, outdated, and uncomfortable everything else was. Would not recommend staying here. It’s far from a proper resort experience.

Tired facilities in need of restoration investment. Drive up area to lobby has a collapsed roof - no longer in use but no repair work in sight. Beach side villas very nice and ours was well maintained. Staff are very nice and helpful but not enough are trained for 5 star service - e.g poolside staff don’t bother walking around to take orders, despite that being their job, you have to go to the bar to order. Good location and Karon is pretty family friendly. One of our group got food poisoning from eating at the hotel restaurant, Mint. Need to be vigilant in Thailand in general re food hygiene.

Both myself and Dad had stayed at this hotel. It is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Its exactly what you see in the pictures pure paradise. We had booked the twin sea view and what a view it is. The grounds of the hotel is stunning and very well kept. The staff is what makes the stay so special they are so friendly and very helpful. We both are from Belfast Northern Ireland uk and we definitely be back.

Great stay!

The hotel is really fantastic, rooms are excellent (stayed in the private villa), location just by the beach, quiet and the staff is really lovely. The breakfast is great, if you’re thinking of having it then book it at check in which is a little cheaper; but still is great value.

Very nice property. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had an amazing time. Beautiful resort. Very close to beach and many markets. They also had an amazing breakfast buffet.
