Beautiful ocean view and amazing sunsets from our room- Like we’ve never seen!! They also gave me some cake for my birthday and the room service was very fast and excellent food! The lobby could use some updating but everything else was perfect and the rooms were great and clean and large new bathrooms with large TV and comfy beds and refrigerators in the room. Definitely recommend!!

This hotel is clean and has a lovely setting with beautiful grounds. But it is a ways from the beach so be aware of where you select your room as it’s not beachfront. Having said that, it isn’t a far walk to the beach. We did find the lobby and bar area very hot as there were no ceiling fans or air conditioning as it is completely open. We were there in February though when it is starting to warm up. There are many bars and restaurants close by which makes it convenient.

It’s a long walk from the hotel through the gardens to the road and beach. Hotel is in need of a little modernisation and upgrade, but overall reasonable value for money. Primarily the hotel is 80% Russian guests. We never used the restaurants at the hotel, except breakfast which was good. Overall, probably wouldn’t stay again.

We had a garden villa which was well located facing onto the Coconut Pool and a short walk through to the beach. The Villa was beautiful and we would definitely return if back in Karon.
