It's a nice place with a lovely swimming pool. Varied options are included in the breakfast. It has a good location in Karon beach.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. On the first night, they gave us a room that was very old as they didn’t have the room that we had booked. On the following day, they put us in a very nice room with an ocean view. The breakfast is quite poor on options, but survivable.

Check in process was easy and fast, the staff were all very friendly during our entire 5 night stay. The room was spacious & clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. I was told the entire resort was booked out during our stay, therefore picking a early breakfast time to avoid a large queue was needed. My only issue is I have a disability and struggled to reach my room each time due to the amount of stairs and very steep ramps. All in all totally recommend for able bodied people.

An authentic, not flashy, nice hotel. A 5 minute walk to Karon beach with food and pharmacy on the way. The lagoon in front of the hotel is not for swimming. The sunset from floor 5 terrace is spectacular. 3 nice pools, close at 20:00. Friendly, responsive staff. Clean rooms. Breakfast is OK thou variation is limited. 1 minute walk to fantastic "Ann House" family restaurant. Quiet neighborhood.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful also clean, buffet breakfast was good selection, and having 3 pools was great, we had ocean view room that had lovely view, and the room was a good size. Seven 11 supermarket was a 5 minute walk and close to shops and night market on a Tuesday and Friday

As it was low season, there was a lot of maintenance work going on. This made it a little noisy during the day time when relaxing by the pool. Proximity to the beach and shops, eateries etc was very handy. The terraced design of the hotel is not really suitable for disabilities / wheelchair access. Up at the higher levels you get a really nice view of Karon Lagoon and Karon Beach and spectacular sunsets. We had a top floor sea facing room with balcony. The hotel staff at breakfast were really nice and made breakfast an enjoyable time. Disappointed on our departure when we paid 800 Baht for transport to the airport and were sent a hot taxi that had been sitting in the sun with the engine off. The taxi didn't cool down sufficiently for the entire trip and was like a sauna. Felt hot and bothered at airport arrival instead of refreshed.

Large property on many levels with one lift accessible after many steps, pointless. Pools ok, if anything too warm and although signs up, towel bed reserving from early doors! Resteraunt for breakfast pleasant enough, but waiting times for a table depend on being early to avoided the hordes of plate fillers! Staff a little abrupt compared to other Thai hotels we’ve stayed at. All in all, ok for the 4 nights we stayed but will stay elsewhere on our next visit to Thailand and that includes Karon Beach which we didn’t warm too.

Room was big enough. Got 2 tv's where my 2 child and 1 baby can watch their favourite cartoon while me and my partner can watch ours. Overall I love this hotel and will repeat stay here whenever we visit phuket again.
