Located on the Captain's Peninsula, "Strandhaus 37" welcomes you to your vacation right on the Baltic Sea.
With approximately 76 m², the apartment offers two bedrooms, a living and dining area with an adjoining open-plan kitchen, and a bathroom. The light-filled apartment can accommodate up to five people. In addition to a double bed (180x200 cm) and two single beds (each 90x200 cm), a comfortable sofa bed is available in the living area. Here you can also spend convivial evenings in front of the fireplace.
Should the weather not cooperate, "Strandhaus 37" ensures that boredom is never an issue. A wide selection of books for all ages, as well as board games and art supplies, are available. Alternatively, the fully equipped, modern kitchen is perfect for cooking together in the evenings.
The modern bathroom features an infrared sauna and a whirlpool tub, where you can relax in comfort any time of year. The furnished terrace is perfect for a relaxing barbecue in the summer. Sit back and leave your everyday life behind. With three lounge chairs and two reclining chairs, the terrace offers the ideal opportunity to unwind.
You can park free of charge in front of the apartment, and a lockable bicycle shed is also available.

Es ist ein sehr schönes gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch die Lage ist sehr schön. Dicht zum Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich möchte jedoch eine persönliche Warnung aussprechen für andere Urlaubs Gäste besonders mit kleinen Hunden. Wir wurden mitten in dem Resort zwischen den Häusern (Kapitäns Straße /Ostsee Allee) beim Spaziergang von einem großen Huhu attackiert. Er hat versucht unseren kleinen Malteser zu greifen und auch uns mehrmals attackiert und uns bis zum Haus verfolgt. Es ist besondere Vorsicht im dunkeln geboten.
