A very cute place. Beautiful view of the ocean from the bed and lanai. You can watch the sunrise from your room. The pool was beautiful and well kept. The bar was popular and had a TV on. The host provided everything we needed including coconut lays to borrow(utensils, cups, big bowls, beach towels, chair, ice chest, ice packssoaps, etc). The property is beautiful and well maintained. The only negatives were that the sliding door was crazy hard to open and close and the AC was not as powerful as I would have liked(but it eventually cools down the room). If we come back to the area we will be staying here again.

Great beach front location. Beautiful and well kept tropical grounds. Having the Coconut Marketplace across the street was especially convenient. Nice shops and good restaurants all within walking distance. Condo was clean and had everything I needed. Perfect place for a soli traveler.

Beautiful property. Stocked with all the households very well. Had nice beach supplies & the AC worked very good. Very much enjoyed our time in this beautiful beachfront location. Pool & bar were awesome & served very good drinks.

Ovean View Condo

We fell in love the minute we walked in the door. The room was so clean and nicely decorated. The view was perfect and we spent every morning on the lanai with our coffee and had several meals out there as well. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay including beach chairs, towels and a cooler. Great location, good communication with property manager and AC worked great. Pool and BBQ area very nice. Lounge chairs out by the beach. Even used the on site facility laundry. Great place, highly recommended

Kauai vacation

The property was beautiful. The communication with the owner was very easy and she was quick to respond. There were a few items that were not ideal. The safe in the room stopped working. The new safe could not be secured so it was not effective. There was maintenance done on our balcony multiple days during our stay. Last the pool cabana bar was closed for the entirety of our trip. None of those things truly impacted our stay. But we were a bit disappointed. Overall we had a wonderful trip.

Ideal location

Perfect location. Easy access to North and South activities as well as water falls, beaches and the river. Walking distances from shops and eating options. Great ocean views. Lava Lava restaurant on the beach within a minute walk. Great vacation stay.

An excellent location!

This is the perfect place to stay if you would like to relax, and enjoy the beauty of Kauai! This is an ideal location, that has all you need. It has two refrigerators, ice packs, a cooler, a water filter, bottles of water, and two comfy beach chairs. The furniture is very comfortable, and the views are incredible. We will be back! Thanks for the wonderful stay.
