This hotel is dirty throughout. Our first room appeared to have dog poop tracked around the floor, and the second was just dirty. We booked because it had a pool and wasn’t informed that the pool was drained until after check in and then they wouldn’t refund because we already checked in. They allow dogs and there was one that started barking around 5 and didn’t stop. Don’t be fooled by photos- it’s not clean and I would not recommend staying here.

We were only given four towels for 7 people in two rooms (2 towels per room). No pool towels. Shower in one room flooded the bathroom. Other shower/tub and sink in second room didn’t drain well at all. Lots of standing water. Only given new towels when you hand them your dirty ones. Trash never collected in four day stay. Toilet clogged in one room, called front desk and was told to come and get a plunger. Breakfast did not look appetizing at all. Gravy in a crockpot with other foods crusted to the side of said crockpot. Very dark in breakfast area. Only small overhead lighting. Air conditions very loud. Floors in rooms not cleaned. All of our socks turned black on the bottoms after only being there for a few hours.

I got a refund. It smelled disgusting, the sheets, washclothes and such were all still dirty, and we itched after sitting on the bed. It was a horrible experience. After driving halfway across the country, on the way to drive in the morning, i had to find a hotel, last moment, that would take my family. Ended up using their laundry to wash all of the clothes that we wore, because of the itching. Will never use another Wyndham hotel. That place should not be in business.

Room was clean and quiet, the hotel itself was okay, i think maybe its an older building. Check in and out was smooth and quick. The breakfast is typical free hotel food. For the price it was not a bad experience.

The property is older and needs updating. The handle to the faucet came off when I was turning on the shower. There was a gap in between the wall and the spout. One of the towels had what looked like pizza on it. There was no coffee pot in the room. The phone in the room was unplugged like it doesn’t work. There were little holes in the curtains.

I think that was a very out dated place, We noticed that the mattress protector sheet that is below the fitted sheet was not changed. (it looked like a kid had a pink and red marker and marked on that mattress protector.

The " breakfast" was completely awful: the sausage links tasted like they were recycled from days ago, the tater tots were hard/ rubbery, the biscuits were like hockey pucks, no milk for cereal, dirty counters.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting and nothing like the photos! When I checked in for two nights, I was given a key to a room when we went in the sheets were filthy and the tub didn’t drain and there were stains everywhere. I went to the desk to ask for a different room, the lady said “is it the room or just the sheets?” I told her the whole room was gross. She gave me a room two rooms down. The sheets were stained with urine and there was dirt on the floor. Went back to the front a gentleman helped and gave us another room which was slightly better. It was the middle of the night so I couldn’t drag my kids around one more place in an unfamiliar city. Next morning, I ask to check out instead of utilizing my next night. They said ok and checked me out. Asked for a receipt and they sent me something through expedia saying “thanks for your stay” they told me that there would be no penalty for cancelling and I had to contact expedia and they would approve my refund through them. They refuse to answer the phone and now expedia won’t refund me even though I didn’t stay. This is a HORRIBLE policy and I will be taking further action. Hotel is absolutely disgusting!
