This was an amazing place to stay for a girls weekend! Super close to the river market, and the property was clean. The host was easy to communicate with. Would stay here again!

The location was interesting. It was a great spot to be close to a lot of things we were doing. However, there was a Vape shop below us and the bakery has been permanently closed. The parking situation isn't great, and the host explained that to us before. It was very roomy and the beds were comfortable. Walking to the River Market on Saturday was great. Also, highly recommend walking to The Farmhouse for breakfast.

Love the loft!!

We uave stayed here before and loved it both times! The location is fantastic for lots of KC activities, neighborhood is fun. The hosts are easy to access and quick to respond to questions.We will stay again!!

Perfect for us!

This loft was perfect for what we wanted! The main room does smell like marijuana because of the dispensary downstairs but we had seen that in previous reviews and we’re already prepared!

Girls weekend

Beautiful property! Would have preferred to know about the smoke shop below the loft before booking. When we first arrived our code was not set, but after contacting the host they got it set for us. Very spacious and beautiful space. The hot water heater had been turned off from some work that had been done earlier in the week, but after some communication with the host they got it fixed for us too.

6 Women for Long Weekend

The location of this property is great. The other reviews do point out that the noise can be an issue in the front bedrooms during the weekends and that is very true. We brought a small white noise machine and that helped. The heater wasn't working when we arrived, so it was quite cold when we went to bed. However, as soon as I reached out about it Rachel and Tommy made sure to get the heater fixed as quickly as they could. It was working again within hours of me contacting them. One of the dining chairs was missing, which made it a little challenging with 6 adults. Parking was about $25 a day in the lot across the street. The convenience of that lot was nice. It is walkable to restaurants and bars.

Family weekend in KC

Other reviews are accurate. Pros: easy to get to, great space with lots of room, cool vibe with the decor. Decent beds, kitchen had everything we needed, showers were nice. Appreciated having mirrors in the bedrooms and plenty of space to unpack/lay things out. Cons: Noise, parking, odor, towels Friday night was so loud outside with the music and people. Saturday was quiet. Our son and his wife said they could barely hear the noise in their back bedroom, but those of us in the front of the loft, by street, felt like our windows were open with how loud it was. Parking ... a bit of a pain with having to pay so much but at least the lot was right across the street. The free parking on the street was just not practical for us as you must move your car every 2 hours. There is marijuana store on the street next door. The odor of that or from the people out on the street carried up the stairs to our loft. Minor but worth mentioning - suggestion to replace your bath towels with something newer. All the towels were faded, worn, and some were stained. They reminded me of the towels I would send with my kids to camp - the ones your didn't care about if they didn't bring them back home, lol.

Great location. Close to downtown and the light rail.

Cool property and very convenient location. It can definitely be noisy at night due to the sports bar below the rental, and the people leaving the bar at night. But, it’s a nice and clean rental and it felt safe and secure.

Property was everything promised and more. Great location close to shopping, dining and entertainment. It’s a place I would definitely stay at again if something else comes up down the road.

Great location and property!

Overall the place was perfect for us! Only thing was the parking is not free on nights and weekends like the listing said. The owner was very quick to respond when asked about the parking. Would definitely stay again!

Family wedding

We had a long weekend in KC for a wedding. This unit was great! There was plenty of space, easy to get to downtown locations. Parking was a bit of an issue, but there is a 24 hour for pay lot across the street.

River Market

Nice place. Great location in River Market area. Several places to eat within walking distance. Also easy access to free trolley. One night was a little noisy in front room but next night was fine. There are 2 bars close by. Would definitely stay there again.

Awesome place

The location was awesome! Great little neighborhood we had fun exploring. Cheap Uber to T-Mobile (only because we didn’t feel like walking). Really enjoyed our stay!
