The host was very informative on everything. Questions were answered within minutes. The home was very inviting, a homey feeling. Great location . Lots of room for my family . We enjoyed our visit and would refer this home to anyone. Will stay here again if available and if we’re in the area.

Our host was very welcoming, and we were impressed by how quickly he addressed/fixed 2 minor issues with the house. The house itself was exactly what our group needed: close to our event venue, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to house 8 women. The house was clean, well-appointed, and in a safe neighborhood. Highly recommended!

We were there only for a conference so a short stay but very satisfied.we found a key in the couch downstairs and left it on counter.FYI. the front screen door does not close and stay closed.Also the couch in sub basement was broken. We had no need for it. but just wanted to let you know.

We enjoyed our stay in Overland Park and this house was perfect for our group. We were close to the Convention Center and many great restaurants. The house was clean with plenty of space. The check in and out was super easy and the host was fantastic. We will definitely look for this house and/or host on our next visit.

Easy checking. House was clean. Owner was very responsive to all messages sent and since the gas grill had disappeared, he went out next day and brought us a new one. Amazing response. I will say that toilet in basement doesnot flush well and even with air low, the upstairs bedrooms were hot. Overall would give 5 Star. Great customer service!

Great place!

Plenty of space! Loved the porch and private yard. Ceiling fans upstairs would be a huge improvement. Hot time of year equals hot upstairs but overall a great place to stay!

Prefect for our family

Everything was perfect. There was enough space for everyone to stay comfortably and it was very clean. The deck area in the back was nice to hang out. Overall excellent rental and we would definitely book it again!

Nice place to stay on a quiet street

Nice place about 15 minutes and an easy drive from downtown KC on a quiet street. Short drive to nice restaurants and shopping. Property owner's communication was excellent. When we had an issue with A/C, he was quick to address the issue and ensure prompt resolution.
