After a long day of travel. We arrived at 2am to find out that the hotel cancel our non refundable room. They then blamed it on the third-party booking. Hotels.com did try their best to find another hotel but with snort notice could not find a a decent hotel.

Don't waste your time

Unless you're desperate for a place to stay, look elsewhere. I thought this would be comparable to other Hampton Inns I have stayed at, however. ... Staff speaks very little English. Indoor pool was like ice and unusable. Noisy location. Mediocre breakfast. Horrible coffee (room coffee reminded me of sock water, the lobby coffee wasn't any better). Rooms smelled musty; you can't open the window even a little for fresh air. No apologies or compensation for any short comings. Will not be staying there on my future trips to that area.

Nice easy to get to I would stay here again dog friendly just one issue had prank calling pretending to be housekeeping asking if we needed more towels and come to find out it wasn’t really housekeeping.

Poor entryway

Unfortunately the beautiful flagstone at the front entrance cannot handle snow & ice. Although the staff had snowmelt, the flagstone wasn’t having it.

Has gone downhill for sure,Belton needs new hotels

Four out of our seven nights we encountered a cockroach in our room and we came home at night. Never have had this happen before and the many times we have stayed there. Also, the lady that they have running the continental breakfast in the mornings is highly rude and very unprofessional she yells at guests for using the wrong utensil. She watches over your shoulder as you’re putting stuff on your plate and don’t ever go back down there a second time to get something that you forgot or she will literally ask you haven’t already been down here once today…Worst experience ever.
