Check in was easy and friendly. The hotel is improving from our last stay. Beautiful lobby and restaurant. I am told the rooms are next. They are a little dated. The bed and pillows are top notch. We love it! Parking is nicewhile you go on a trip. The shuttle gets you there on time and the drivers are very friendly and efficient. Nice comfortable ride to and from the airport. We have stayed here before and it is a favorite whenever we travel.

Had a delicious burger at the restaurant. This was a convenient stay near the airport the night before a longer trip. Very friendly staff. Will stay again.

The elevator I took needs some serious cosmetic work. Otherwise the staff were great, the room was fine and the proximity to the airport for an early morning flight was wonderful.

Hotel is close to the airport and has 24/7 shuttle. We got in very late because of a delayed flight. The van driver and front desk person were very friendly and helpful, especially welcomed after 24hrs of travel. Room was clean, bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the hotel had just been renovated since the previous 3wks when we stayed there. Much nicer hotel!

I liked the location. The hotel has been updated as well as possible. The main floor hall areas are a bit too dark for me. ALL the staff we encountered were extremely friendly and I really enjoyed their attitude.

First room they gave us was right next to construction loud noise in room next to us hotel was empty so i asked to be moved and we got moved to new room later that day squeaking and animal noise coming from inside ac unit packed up and left front desk was great and gave me full refund.

Arrived at the hotel late and just wanted to relax before turning in for the night.. TV didn't work. We were moved to another room, and the toilet would not stop running in that room. I was told we could be moved to another room, but I just wanted a refund so we could secure another hotel. The woman working the front desk appeared to be irritated by our complaints and requests. The hotel was already not ideal due to all of the construction, and then having challenges with a room just made the stay more unpleasant. I will say that there was one front desk associate who did try to go above and beyond to help after the first person left. I appreciate him doing what he could to salvage our stay.
