Nice modern property, comfortable, convenient location to shops, restaurants, parks, museums. Check in was at 3pm, but our room was not ready until 7pm, so had to wait in the lobby along with several other patrons waiting for rooms. The parking was very tight for for a Nissan Titan pickup. We only parked in lot 3 out of our 6 day stay and got charged for all six days. We could barely back out out of our spot and get through the exit. Ice machines not working on several floors. Room was only half way cleaned once over our 6 day stay. We had to ask for supplies to be replenished. We did have a coffee pot but had to snag coffee packs off the cleaning cart since they were not replenished. No microwave in the room, only one in the lobby. The lobby coffee was pretty good.

Nice stay in a great location.

The room was comfortable. Would have enjoyed having a recliner or chair rather than a bench seat and table. Also, while the water was nice and hot, it was too hot and hard to control in the shower.

Room thermostat was stuck on 77 degrees. We tried to lower it bc the room was so warm. Called down to desk to get advise and help. No one answered! Tried to sleep and got up several times to lower the thermostat to get some relief but it kept going to 77. Told the front desk in the morning and they said a manager would call us. It’s Monday night and still haven’t heard from anyone. Will NEVER RECOMMEND this hotel or stay there again.

Up a hill

Very modern and comfortable hotel. Staff was all fantastic. Only 2 blocks down the hill to The Plaza. The walk back was very uphill!
