The property was pretty cluttered/junky inside and out, but the decor was kinda cute in a maximalist way. The house smelled funky and many elements of the decor had clearly not been cleaned or dusted in ages. It smelled and looked like a flea market. The kitchen dishes & soaps were fairly dirty/nasty. Bathroom was decent. Plenty of paper and linen supplies to use.Communication with the host was very poor. I struggled to get into the lockbox at first and messaged the host, who did not respond right away. I got it figured out on my own, and a few hours later, the host responded with their direct number.Noise was a big problem. The house was split, with the other kitchen & laundry being directly behind one of the downstairs bedrooms. You could hear toilet flushing, machines and water running day or night from the other guests. The water usage in the other part of the house will also affect the water temperature in the lower part of the house. Our main problem was the upstairs guests, who were drinking, yelling, and blasting music all night long. Literally all night, from 10 pm to 5 am. I reached out to the host at 1:45 am and again at 6 am, and got no response. Poor communication, no enforcement of rules, disturbance from other guests, unkempt property. Will not return.
