Disliked: Cleanliness
The location was excellent, but our experience with the host left much to be desired. Communication was slow, and when we did receive a response, it wasn’t helpful. The door lock was broken, and we were unable to use the code to lock or unlock the door throughout our entire two day stay. Additionally, we didn’t receive check in instructions until nearly two hours after our scheduled check in time and this was only do the fact we reached out to VRBO virtual agent since we did not get a response from the host after several messages that spanned a few days.
