Great location and condo

This is a great condo in perfect location for visiting several of the Utah National Parks and north rim of the Grand Canyon. The condo is clean, it is well stocked with everything you need. I appreciated that the light switches are labeled There is a condo pool/hot tub. Plenty of room for grandparents and grandkids. We would definitely stay again.

Our family had a wonderful stay! We felt the house had everything we needed and many extras that were thoughtful. We used the house as a home base to drive out and visit Grand Canyon North Rim, Horseshoe Bend, and Bryce Canyon. We used the pool daily.

Stay in Kanab Townhouse

Easy check-in and check-out procedures. The property was clean and stuffed with the necessary supplies such coffee, tea, spices and laundy detergent pods. Overall we had a comfortable stay.

Beautiful Stay in Kanab

Great place, well appointed and in a gorgeous setting with mountain backdrops. Host was thorough and responsive. Did both Zion and Bryce Canyon from here.

Wonderful Kanab Condo

We were extremely pleased with our apartment at El Pueblo Townhomes in Kanab, which was our base while we visited Zion and Bryce Canyon. This was the most well stocked condo we have ever experienced, and over the years we have stayed in a lot of condos. Excellent cookware and utensils were provided, and paper and cleaning supplies were plentiful. Even coffee was provided. The washer (with detergent) and dryer appeared to be new and worked beautifully. Comfortable beds and furniture topped off our stay. Kanab was a perfect sized town for our base with plenty of good restaurants and shopping (which we didn’t do much, but it was available). As a side note, we recommend Wild Thyme Cafe, Giffs BBQ, Rocking V, and Escobar for dining. All are within a five-minute drive. A nice-sized grocery is also nearby. El Pueblo Townhomes was perfect for our week in Kanab.

Nice v& cozy, clean and quiet property.

We had very nice stay, this apartment is perfect for the rest after a hard hiking day. The booking and communication process was seamless.We liked our stay very much, I recommend Zion Stays to anyone.

Perfect for our family!

This location was perfect for our family of 5. I don’t always feel comfortable enough to go bare foot in a rental, but this one felt clean enough to do so. The carpet was clean, the bedding was comfortable, they had plenty of things needed if you forgot anything at home, the southern Utah decor was a nice touch. Also, we did the wave, Zion, and Bryce during our stay so it was a great central location for it all. My only complaint was that the hot tub had no water, the place was not well-lit, so coming in late was a struggle finding the place, and the couches aren’t super comfortable. Those were all minor things because overall it was a great place & we’d stay there again for sure!

The townhouse was great! Clean and close to the attractions. Very happy with our stay!

Only negative about the townhouse was that there was no propane in the tank for us to grill out after having bought food. Also, the TV stations cut in and out and did not get good reception.

This was a girls trip to visit the Animal Sanctuary nearby. The townhouse is beautiful and everything you need is within a 5 minute drive. The agent was very helpful and check in and out was super simple.

Spacious for a group

Very clean, stocked kitchen, spacious rooms. I’d give perfect except that we came up for a volunteer weekend and planned to host a dog from Best Friends Sanctuary for a sleepover. The VRBO listing says dog friendly but when we arrived late at night and read the instructions/guide information it said no dogs allowed due to owner allergies. It was late at night and we had to get up early in the am to volunteer and did not have cell service at the sanctuary to contact the management about it. A bit disappointed. We didn’t want to bring a dog and ask for forgiveness later or wind up with a cleaning bill so we didn’t bring a sleepover dog

Perfect Family Stay

This was our favorite rental during our two-week trip to Utah—a great location for the parks we wanted to visit. The house was clean, well-stocked, easy to live in. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the complex. Would stay again.

Comfortable Kanab Stay

We thought this property was a great value! Comfortable beds all around, every room was immaculate and it was easy to access the national parks, local excursions. Check in/out process was a breeze and communication was almost immediate. We’d definitely recommend this location; especially good for families with older kids. One suggestion would be to add a table lamp in the living room for reading.
