Hotel gives a a great old world vibe. The rooms have been update but still have a lot of old character in them. The grounds are well kept and when you are there, you feel like you are in your own little world from the 40s. All staff is super nice and friendly. Great location in Kanab and right in the middle of everything. Let me say, one of the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel! Large selection of hot and cold foods (thick bacon!). I've stayed at Perry Lodge twice and would stay many more times. I do have to remove on star for any hotel that does not provide any outlets for the occupant. Sorry.

Freezing cold room when we arrived although Staff was helpful. Room was clean but ran down such as curtains not hanging right, etc. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was horrible and expensive. No buffet. Bad tasting sausage and coffee.

A very pleasant place to stay. We walked to a nearby cafe for a meal and enjoyed the scenery of the town. We came in after dark and left before sunrise so we didn’t get to enjoy too much of the hotel. We would definitely come back again! Our only complaint was that the floor in our room was filthy. Our toddler had black feet from walking around for less than a minute. Everything else was great, and the bed was very comfortable.
