Front desk staff is very unfriendly. No smile, no greeting, and honestly, rude! Like when he asked for my ID during check-in, I gave him both my DL and credit card, knowing he needed the credit card, but he rudely say only the ID, but later on he asked for my credit card. He’s just not friendly throughout.
