We had a delayed response from the host, but friendly when we talked. The home was not cleaned well. The shared bathroom had a sticky floor, especially by the toilet. The bed in the master was very uncomfortable (too soft). The lanai furniture was extremely worn and falling apart. The BBQ and BBQ utensils were filthy as well as the outdoor counter. The lanai looked like it had been completely ignored. We have been staying at Mauna Lani for 20 years and have never had such a dirty place. We have never given a bad review, but this place changes all that. It needs a deep clean once in a while.

Dishwasher broke, bed topper was in 2 pieces, and my 7 year old had to pee in the grass cause access code didn’t work at arrival. Other than that it was great. Loved the island and Mauna Lani.

We enjoyed our stay at this golf villa and having access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club is big bonus. The villa was clean and was comfortable However, there is some minor deferred maintenance that should be addressed. I was also surprised by a note requesting the AC to set no lower than 78 degrees.

The area is magnificent and the complex is excellent- amazing grounds, wonderful pool excellent weight room. Unit is very close to pool and very close to beach club - an amazing perk with beautiful beaches, gated entry and first rate restaurant.unit is spacious and opens on goof course with Mauna Kea views.

We enjoyed our stay at Mauna Lani. The residence was beautiful and had stunning views/encounters with local wildlife. Home was well stocked with basic necessities except for garbage bags and filters for their coffee maker. Also there was no bath wash even though there was shampoo and conditioner. Pool area was perfect, nearby, and overall enjoyable. Would definitely return.
