Wir kennen die Wohnung in der Villa Helena seit Jahren.

Wir kennen die Wohnung in der Villa Helena seit Jahren. Seit der Übernahme durch Novasol wurden auf der Dachterrasse zwei Saunen eingerichtet. Leider wurden die Bänke und Tische auf der Dachterrasse auch geändert, diese sind nicht gerade komfortabel. Außerdem ist die Nutzung der Dachterrasse nicht mehr exklusiv die die Apartments in Zeiten Stück, sondern für alle freigegeben. First cime, First serve ??Was aber ein wirkliches Ärgernis war sind die Abstellräume für die Fahrräder. Ein Abstellraum müsste nun mit mehreren Parteien geteilt werden. Es passen nun mal keine 12 Fahrräder in den Raum. Das wär früher wesentlich besser geregelt. Auch "toll", das der Code für jeden lesbar im Eingangsbereich ausgegangen wurde.

Die Wohnung war sauber, aber für den Preis könnte mehr an Ausstattung da sein. Zu wenig Infomaterial vorhanden. Beschreibung für Sauna sollte an der Tür hängen, an welcher ? Schön angelegter Park, aber für uns zu abgelegen.

Wir waren schlichtweg enttäuscht . Die Wohnung , vor allem die Betten überall Hundehaare , am Kopfteil, auf den Lacken . Im Ausfluss vom Spülbecken haben wir Hundehaare entfernt . Gläser fleckig . Und die Waschmaschine haben wir nicht nutzen können , Büschel von Hundehaare. Wir waren froh , dass wir nur 7 Tage gebucht hatten . Nie wieder .

Ein perfekter Urlaub

Die Ankunft ein Traum von einem Haus. Der Zugang etwas holprig, aber mit Hilfe der Agentur, kein Problem. Die PIN für die Haustür war an manchen Tagen leicht zu öffnen und an anderen Tagen holprig. Die Wohnung ein Träumchen.
