Great place for the night

Location not too bad but not close to walk anywhere to eat. We ordered in. Views are spectacular. Rm 317 facing the river was amazing. They have a pool and hot tub but we did use either. Complimentary breakfast was not that great. We will definitely stay again.

The staff is accomodating & friendly. The ambience of the river setting, the wildlife, nature is very peaceful. They have the loveliest patio to sit and enjoy breakfast or the birds or the sunset & Paul Mtn. I also love the fact that you can walk to Riverside Park which is the most beautiful park I have experienced in an urban setting. The Kamloops gardeners & city planners are doing a FABULOUS job! I am living here when I get to a point where walking & being present is my mainstay of enjoyment!

Unexpected charmer with fantastic river views!

A great experience for a quick pass-thru in Kamloops - a small city deserving of more time with its cultural offerings, breweries, wineries etc located right along the river in scenic British Columbia. Comfortable bed and super clean accommodations with a pool, laundry, beautiful outside patio areas overlooking the river, and friendly hotel owners!! A nice surprise - would definitely stay again!!

Friendly, welcoming staff. As others have mentioned, exterior areas are showing their age, but our room was very clean and comfortable. We had a riverside room so no street noise but could still hear traffic on the adjacent Hwy 5 bridge. Did not use pool or hot tub.

The view from the hotel in the morning is spectacular and calming. The rooms have very good air conditioning, which was just what we needed! It is a 25-30 minute walk to downtown from the hotel, which was just right for us after hours on the road. Plus the breakfast room had real dishes, and that makes a difference to us as we really don’t want to have to use disposable cutlery.
