I had an unavoidable delay getting to the hotel causing me to miss my first night. They charged me that night anyway. But they did keep my room for me and gave me two bottles of water for my troubles.

Great location and comfortable

Located in downtown Kelowna, the hotel is renovated, clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were on the second floor and it was very noisy in the hallway - high traffic because of a meeting room nearby, same level as the pool and housekeeping closet.

Room walls are quite thin so you can definitely hear full conversations when people are talking in the hallways, especially if you’re situated near the elevators. If you’re a light sleeper earplugs are highly recommended. Other than the noise, the room was renovated and clean, the towels are nice a fluffy, and the staff were great!
