This was a lovely weekend getaway location for some friends and family. All the rooms were cozy and clean. We loved the hot tub and watching the sunrise over the lake. Counter space was a little lacking, but we made do. Overall it was a very relaxing house out in nature.

House was cute. Lack of AC would have been a major problem if the weather had been hotter. The lake was quiet and relaxing. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

Peaceful spot on Cub Lake

The quiet location on this small, calm lake was lovely. We really enjoyed using the kayaks and paddle boards. The hot tub was nice, but we got bombarded by the mosquitoes, so we didn’t use it much. The cottage is in need of some repairs and updates. We had an issue with the screen door falling off when we tried opening it. The property manager was friendly and responsive, and had someone out a couple days later to fix it. There were other items (screen door upstairs, outlet downstairs, carpet ) which need replacing. We felt the rental was overpriced for the condition of the cottage. All in all we had a nice stay in a nice location.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay at the chalet. The lake was actually our favorite part! We spent a a very hot week floating, fishing, playing on the raft, paddleboarding and basically living in the water.

Great stay!

The house was the perfect size for our group of 10, we enjoyed having separate rooms and plenty of space. The check in and out process was easy and quick and communication was great! We loved the large deck, hot tub, and fire pit area. Just beware the hill is a little steep

Cozy Get-away in the Woods

Our stay at Cub Hill Chalet was very enjoyable. The hot tub was excellent for relaxing in the evenings. The house felt very cozy.

A wonderful week on Cub Lake!

Wow... Staying at this chalet was a wonderful experience for my wife, son and Grandsons . I will definitely reserve a week next year at this location. 60 years ago my parents bought a cottage on Cub Lake. My happiest childhood memories are of being there. I turned 66 while we were there .

Amazing cabin

What an amazing cabin to rent. We have rented all over northern Michigan and this place has been our favorite by a landslide. Quiet, well kept, hot tub, lake. It has it all. We took our dog and i think he liked it better than we did. Tabitha was great with communication!! Thank you all so much. We will be back soon!

Great Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay! The cottage was very clean and spacious. We loved the quiet neighborhood and tranquility of the lake. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and sledding hill! The wood burning fireplace was extra cozy. A great place to stay. Great communication!
