Didnt like all the screaming and running around outside in the hall but we dealt with it. Breakfast sucked. Bagged scrambled eggs and microwave bacon.

Was snowing when we showed up and they got 3 inch I loved it ! They did all they could do and make the parking lot stairs everything safe from ice and the service was awesome! Staff super nice I would have no second thought about staying with them every trip ! Thank you for a wonderful time :)

The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The hot tub was working and clean. The breakfast stopped serving at 9:00 am which is too early for my taste and there wasn’t enough scrambled eggs and meat served at one time and took a long time to replace so many people didn’t get any. Very small amounts of breads, fruit etc available. No cereals, donuts, muffins. Went away hungry

Mattress was very comfortable and room was clean overall. Toilet was definitely nkt cleaned from previous stay though. Cable setup was not great, definitely lacking compared to most hotels. Cheapest alarm clock possible and 1 of the 2 power outlets near the bed didn't work properly. Breakfast was decent. Great value and overall good value.

Our room was great. Very clean. The bed was a bit high to get into but was very comfortable. I was glad that there was an elevator as I recently had surgery and can't do a lot of stairs. The breakfast choices were great, especially the waffles.

Great place to stay!

We had an amazing stay! The rooms are very clean and the breakfast was great too! The lobby was good for us too since our kids had a separate room and we cd hang out later on. We will stay here again when we come down to Plainwell.
