Enjoy our large, furnished lanai - complete with wet bar and fridge - with views of lava rock landscape and the sparkling ocean of the rugged Kona Coast. Listen to the waves as they crash up against the rocky coastline; enjoy dolphins spinning and whales breaching; take in brilliant violet sunsets and the vibrant moon glistening across the ocean. You may even spot a large manta ray as they make their way toward the haven of Keauhou Bay to the south. As you relax on the lanai, it's just you and ocean.

Bait and Switch

I booked this unit based on the photos, the ocean view, and the proximity to the pool and was looking forward to our trip. After traveling from Chicago for 16 hours and arriving at 7pm, we were given an entirely different unit than what I had booked. The blinds were covered in gnats, the bed linens had hairs on them, there was only one bar stool, and I counted 5 light bulbs that were burnt out. Since we had a late check in and security gave us our key, there was no one that I could talk to regarding a new unit. Not to mention we were all exhausted and just wanted to go to bed. My husband was furious and it started off our spring break on an extremely sour note. When I spoke with the manager the following morning, she said "This happens all the time where owners substitute with different units." BUYER BEWARE.
