Amazing place in paradise

Loved the place. Was clean, modern, confortable, and had such cute beach decor. Close proximity to the pool and tennis/pickleball courts which we enjoyed using both. Would love to return.

Wonderful home away from home.

So much fun.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and modern. So close to the ocean you can sometimes feel the spray from the waves. Beautiful sunsets. The complex itself is quiet and quite upscale. We are already planning our return for 2026.

Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club

Nicely remodeled accommodation. Well setup, clean and made for a great place to stay. Grounds and pool are well maintained. Awesome access to the beach. Lots of whale spotted from the lanai. Owners are great host responding promptly to our questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend this place for a vacation getaway.

Perfect Stay…Again!

This was our second stay at this property and it did not disappoint. Jim and Cyndie were very attentive hosts, from communications to checking in to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. The townhouse has everything you need and then some. Ideal central location with an ocean sunset from the couch every night. Stunning, well-kept community full of birdsong and colorful foliage. We will be back!

Lovely!

The condo was well stocked with everything we needed for a fun and relaxing stay. Beds were comfortable, AC was quick and worked great in every room! Fans were also appreciated for nights when we wanted to hear the ocean but still stay cool. Owners were easy to work with from start to finish. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect for us

This place was perfect for our family of four. The patio out back was 20 feet from the ocean and a perfect place to watch sunsets. Great supply of quality beach items and a fully stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive but we had no issues to deal with. You want to have a car to stay here as nothing is within walking distance, but with a car, it was the perfect location.

Beautiful, well appointed condo

We were so comfortable in Jim and Cyndie’s townhouse. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were VERY comfortable, air conditioning was great and the views spectacular! The boogies boards, chairs, umbrella and snorkels/masks were a delightful surprise and made our beach-time even more enjoyable. Jim communicated well to ensure we were comfortable and happy. Highly recommend!

Serene Sunsets & Waves to lull you to sleep

The townhouse is exactly as described in listing. We ate several meals on the lanai, watching the sunset. The kitchen is well stocked and there are many thoughtful amenities. We appreciated the electric tea kettle and tea pot! The beds are comfortable. It’s in a great location for getting around the Kona side. Owner very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

Great vacation spot

Perfect spot to relax and visit the Big Island. This ‘on the ocean’ townhouse has 2 bedrooms 1 bath upstairs and 1 full bath, kitchen dining living area plus outside lanai on the main level. Can hear the ocean at night; see whales during the day.

Amazing location!

My husband, adult daughter, 14 month old grandson and I stayed at this beautiful condo. The location is spectacular. Both the ocean view on the other side of the sea wall, and the proximity to grocery shopping (super KTA), restaurants and activities make this a great home base for exploring the area. The condo is comfortable and well stocked. We cooked most nights in the well appointed kitchen and used the BBQ’s by the pool twice. We loved the walk in shower in the downstairs bathroom. The condo is close to the pool, and there is a lovely black sand beach at the North end of the complex. Check in was easy and communication with the host was prompt. We would stay here again.

This listing exceeds expectations. The ocean is right outside the door and witnessing the marine wildlife was wonderful. Two king beds and two full bathrooms made our stay comfortable. You can't miss with this property.

Perfect Property and Location

Jim was a diligent host and had the perfect set up for our 2 weeks on the island. The kitchen was well-stocked and had new appliances. Tons of items in the closet, from snorkeling to games. The location is perfect for trips from local Kona to snorkeling in Captain Cook and horseback riding in Waimea. The complex is well-kept and full of beautiful plants and birds. A small beach is even within a short walk. We loved evenings at the pool and stunning sunsets with crashing waves from the lanai. We will be back! Highly recommend!

Perfect Condo Homebase for Family

Great location on the coast right in the middle of everything - close enough to Kona to the north to do touristy things (15 mins) and historical spots / coffee farms, etc. to the south and up the hill (15-30 mins). Townhome is nicely decorated and was very comfortable for our family of 4. We did not hear our neighbors - was very quiet. On check in, we walked in to Hawaiian music playing and a few strategic lights on which was very welcoming. Location is waterfront (but not beachfront as this area is covered in lava rocks but beaches are close by), very clean, well-stocked, easy to get to, close to amenities, on lovely grounds, with dedicated parking and a/c. Kitchen had everything we needed including condiments. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the lanai area. And we took advantage of the beach chairs / towels / boogie boards in the "fun closet." The guest book had lots of great suggestions left by prior guests. Grocery, gas, shave ice, sushi, Hawaiian plate lunch, drug store, coffee, etc. is literally right up the hill half a mile or so - very convenient. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Highly recommend.
