A beautiful Villa boasting views of the ocean and mountains, this three bedroom villa features open plan kitchen, living and dining area. There is a covered balcony with outdoor dining with heating. The bedrooms are fully carpeted and feature views of the mountains and sea. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven and fridge and microwave. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and downstairs there is a bedroom, bathroom and small lounge. There is an interior laundry with a washing machine and dryer. There are also beautiful views from the garden. The property is surrounded by the historic Maori Pa area that has trees from the late 1800's. There are cows across the road, and sheep up the hill.

Wonderful location and home

The arrangement was perfect for us: two bedrooms upstairs and a single down. Very private and a neighborhood where you could take lovely walks or runs down to the town if you wanted
