Kaikoura keeper!!

Great view of the ocean In Kaikoura. Good location to easily walk into town and enjoy a meal at one of many restaurants. Our room was spacious, bright, comfortable and well-appointed. Delicious continental breakfast!

In The Bay (great name!) is in a very good location clear of the hubbub of Kaikoura town center and yet on the sea front with fabulous views. It was just as advertised with good, well maintained facilities and spacious rooms with well appointed bathrooms. Breakfast was fresh and very convenient.

We stayed in the Endeavour room and loved how spacious it was, as well as the view of the ocean from our room! The bathroom (shower especially) was amazing! Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was so great! There was also a lovely little sitting area outside for us to listen to the sounds of the ocean while enjoying our coffee/tea/breakfast. We thought the bed was going to be too soft for us, but we still had a pretty decent sleep. We did notice some dust and cobwebs in the higher corners of the room, but this wasn’t a huge deal to us, as overall everything else was otherwise clean. Enjoyable stay!

We only stayed one night but Kylie, the owner, made us most welcome and gave us some useful information. Continental breakfast with fresh ingredients was supplied which was delicious. I'd definitely go back

A fabulous B&B

Great friendly vibe

I found the host really friendly and she made us feel very comfortable. She even offered to take us to the train station. Great new bathroom and decent sized room. Breakfast was nice but no option of anything cooked . Overall I thought it was a bit pricey.

This was a wonderful home away from home, only sad that we didn’t get to stay longer. We felt very welcome. The rooms themselves are beautiful with very comfortable beds, beautiful decor and honestly I think the best shower I have ever had in my life. Cannot thank them enough!

Accommodations were very nice. Bedroom was large with a love seat. Bathroom was large with snail shower. We had access to a second adjoining room with kitchenette and dinning table plus sitting area. Bay is across the street with no buildings obstructing view. Convenient to dining.

Lovely bed and breakfast! Great, clean, spacious room. Nice location directly across from the beach. Luke was helpful and an excellent host. He provided excellent tips and we really enjoyed staying in Kaikoura - we saw whales, fur seals and an albatross....all part of the local fun!
