Clean and convenient, the hotel location is very near station and shopping mall. Only one thing is not good: The oily smell spread into lobby and lift, from hotel’s restaurant kitchen.

Very good location for the central train station and Meiji Ishin Museum. Walkable to the central shopping area. Tram right in front of the hotel. However, rooms are small, and the wireless worked fine for our smartphones but we had a lot of trouble connecting PCs to the Internet.

OMG the STAFF was the BEST ever!! They were absolutely AMAZING especially the younger ones who were so accomodating and so so helpful! I would definitely stay there again just for that. We were 3 in one room and it was a bit cramped but perfectly fine for 2 ppl. Also very convenient near the Chuo teain station nd the tram stop right accross. LOVE this hotel

Really great hotel near the heart of it all in Kagoshima. Best part is that there is a little street food joint right outside the hotel. Also the it’s close to the main JR station of the city. Rooms are clean and modern too.

Highly recommend hotel.

This is a very very nice, convenience hotel which is near to train station and shopping district. Hotel is clean, staff is very helpful. You will never regret to stay in this hotel.
