We really enjoyed the stay, condo was super clean and well stocked. Loved the grounds, pools and beaches. Would come back! The shower in the secondary bathroom did not drain well otherwise was perfect.

Our Host was very friendly, accessible and with very prompt replies. The unit was very clean, well furnished and had everything we needed for home cooked meals. We thoroughly enjoyed the balcony with the mountain views and would choose it again. The on-resort restaurant “Duke’s” was one of our favourite spots to eat. There are other very fine restaurants to eat within a 10 minute drive. There is a local grocery store 10 minutes walk away that had everything we could need. Local food trucks behind the resort is also a favourite place to eat. On the beach we saw fish, turtles, squid, and dolphins! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely stay - can’t wait to return

Our 2nd stay here was a delight and we can’t wait to return! The room was beautiful and spacious. While I was initially bummed that ocean-view rooms were not available, the mountain-view room ended up being a blessing in disguise as we had a front-row view of a huge rainbow almost daily, which was very special. The kitchen and supply closets were impressively equipped. Aside from a few dings (the dishwasher bottom rack was a bit broken and we had some issues with the dryer), our room was perfect. Beautiful property— spotless entrance, foliage and huge, well-maintained pools. Loved going to the jacuzzi every night. Great location with walkable access to the beach, nightly food trucks, and super quick drive to many stores, Whalers village, and local attractions. Staff were all a delight. Ualani at the front is a gem and Freida was a pleasure each morning in the lobby. We emailed a few questions to guest services during our stay and we were always responded to so quickly no matter what time of day. Needless to say, we’re delighted with our recent stat and look forward to many more.

Great unit, great host!

Stayed here with my husband, our toddler, and my parents (5) From the beginning and through the end the host, Fereshteh was super prompt in communication and accommodating. She answered all my questions and more. Our flight landed early and I had asked for early check in if possible - and she said it depended on her booking calendar and their cleaners availability. In the end they were able to accommodate and our room was available by the time we made it there. - we had an issue with the key code bc we checked in early. Fereshteh responded asap and remotely let us in. - I had to rent a toddler bed last min and Fereshteh coordinated with them to let them in and set up before we arrived - I asked if they had a step stool and while they didn’t, she bought one and it was there before we arrived The unit itself was amazing. Spacious, clean, stocked with amenities. Plenty of entertainment options with WiFi and all the tv apps, lots and lots of pool toys and beach toys/ chairs to use. The unit location is away from the pool/ facing the mountain which was actually very nice to have some quiet time but still just steps from the pools and.beach.

Love Honua Kai

We’ve stayed at this resort many times and I highly recommend it. This unit was nice and comfortable. We really appreciated the beach chairs. Mountain view- couldn’t see the ocean from the lanai.

Great place and location!

Owner was great to deal with, especially when they unexpectedly changed the lock system earlier than anticipated and we weren't able to get in. Fereshteh took care of it right away and was very responsive. Location and resort are awesome, and we were provided with everything we could possibly need in the condo. Would definitely stay again!

Incredible stay!

My family of four stayed in this incredible property. Great location with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The resort is perfect for a family or couple. We ate at Dukes multiple times during our stay! Food was good and best was we never had to leave the resort for lunch or drinks. The pools and ground including gardens are very well maintained and clean. Staff if super helpful and nice and made us feel at home. Property manager, Fereshteh is very responsive and nice. Made sure we had everything we needed. She is very organized! This particular unit has nice mountain views and we say rainbows often! We can't wait to come back for another vacay and rent again.
